Had a appointment with Dr cragun for the first time today. WORST experience ever! I asked for numbing cream, which I had several times in the past, but you have to go in at least half an hour early, so I went in almost an hour early. The receptionist said she would let them know. An hour plus later I asked if there would still be time for the numbing cream, if there isn't then I would like to reschedule as my procedure is somewhat painful. Another person comes out "numbing cream?" I explain...she has no idea what I'm talking... read more

I was a new patient. On the body scan, I had to ask them to check a spot that had been precancerous before - when he said he was done and never even lifted my clothing off that spot to check it. They never called in for my medicine for acne, and five days later, when I reminded them.. the cream was $600! They were not thorough - did not check my scalp, bottoms of feet or even had a light on during the body scan.. and rushed me out so fast - I never got the eczema allergy cream question asked or medicine ordered.

Dr. Cragun is as good as it gets. Outstanding in his dermatology skills, but a great people person as well.
