Dr Chad Cragun is very thorough. I haven't seen a dermatologist since I was a teen, about 40 years ago. I went in for a rash on my chest but he did a thorough full exam, especially since I'm fair completed and in my mid-50s. He found a little pink area around a small mole. He did a biopsy and unfortunately it was a deep tissue malignant melanoma (very dangerous). They did a genetic test with the pathology. It came back with a 99% survivability. For the second year in a row I was called to cancel my appointment that was scheduled 1 year in advance. (So he could take a vacation). I was given a date/office when I was not available (with the office almost an hour away. I called to express my displeasure & the office manager was not helpful & rude. This is an example of a business not appreciating customers.

When I went in 2 years ago it was the most thorough mole check I’ve had!! And it was done by the PA, Natalie Marshall. She took her time and went through every inch of me with a flashlight and documented areas of concern with pictures. There was a spot of concern and they had to do a small punch to test it but it came back negative fortunately. Kind of a bummer to have the scar now though. But overall I feel like I am in good hands as far as resting assured they’ll find something serious if there is something.

Dr. Chad Cragun is awesime. He has a great bedside manner and knows how to put his patients at ease, especially before a procedure. He shows concern and always answers your questions, in a way that is easy to understand. I highly recommend him and his staff

I would like to say that our visit today was a pleasant one. Lia Stratton, NP was very friendly and took care of my son Matthew. She was very helpful in explaining exactly what she was going to do and made him and myself feel very comfortable. She had great help as well. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for dermatology. Thank you again! Belinda Alvarez
