I made an appointment at 7 pm and arrived at 6:55pm. I waited for over 30 minutes, and people who walked in after me were getting taken care of before me. I had the impression that if you're not apart of the community then they don't take your business seriously.

I made an appointment today for a very important vaccine I need for school I made it a week in advance with Dr.Mikhail Khaitov. The day of my appointment, he knew he forgot to bring the vaccines to the clinic for his appointments and instead of calling his appointments ahead of time, he allows them to travel all the way to the clinic just to tell them in person he doesn't have the vaccines and to reschedule.
