Had a great experience, very friendly, exceptional nice people in the office
Great experience at W Care in Brooklyn. The wait time was very short, the staff was professional and friendly, and everything was handled efficiently. Highly recommend.
I was balanced billed and overcharged by Dr Mikhail Khaitov (two times), gaslight and never compensated for the amount I overpaid. They make you sign a shady paper that states "I agree to not pay in-network insurance rates and instead I will pay higher list prices to Dr Khaitov" which in itself is an illegal thing to ask of the patients and such paper has no legal bearing - if the doctor is in-network they have to honor in-network rates.
