Whomever rated this company a 5 is either a relative or a fake profile they created. This company is the worst. We have lived in other HOA communities and I have to say this is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Frank Callahan (WCF) manages the Rivendell Community in Shelton where I live. This has got to be the worst property management company ever!!! Frank Callahan never responds to phone calls! Does not take care of property at all. Hallways, floors, siding in our complex are filthy....and he tells us (over 55 community) to clean the walls ourselves!!! Don't ever use this company..... I think they're horrible!
