We have lived in other HOA community and I have to say this is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Frank Callahan (WCF) manages the Rivendell Community in Shelton where I live. The sad truth is the only time you need to call a property manager is if you have a problem that needs to be resolved however… this company actually adds to your problems because Frank is super inefficient and disrespectful. Frank Callahan does not take care of the properties he manages and thinks of them as sources of passive income. The company does not return phone calls, nor do they actually fix any problems. Unfortunately, the condo boards are just as apathetic as he is and just ignore things until they go away.
