Let me start off by saying I've been a tenant for two years... This company manages too many properties to care. Laura the leasing agent is amazing and maintenance has been amazing. If you're thinking about signing a lease in HL Green or another downtown Columbus unit... be warned. The noise is nothing to be toyed with. IT IS LOUD!
