Let me start off by saying I've been a tenant for two years... This company manages too many properties to care. Laura the leasing agent is amazing and maintenance has been amazing. If you're thinking about signing a lease in HL Green or another downtown Columbus unit... be warned. The noise is nothing to be toyed with. IT IS LOUD! Banks Food Hall located in the WC Bradley building is amazing. The Bakeshop is perfect for a sweet baked good (all of them are delightful) and a coffee. Jeremiah's has cold ice cream to cool down. And great food from El Primo and Poké Sun. Then end the night with a cold beer from Maltitude on the patio and watch a football game on the big screen.
