My sons had not been to the dentist and for their first time ever this Dental team did not disappoint in any way! They were so kind and so wonderful to my boys. They were so amazing with my husband and I as well. Talk about a bad time. Scheduling wasn't bad, but once your in that chair it felt like a rush against time for no reason. Lots of poor communication from Dr to assistant. To top it all off the Dr just vanishes the moment they were done. All said and done I wish this was still Dr.Nash's office still. Time to loom for a new dentist.
Great office! Dr. Tang is very nice and knowledgeable and the staff is very welcoming.
The back of house is nice. They were kind and they were gentle. The front of house will miss inform you and not tell you anything like Being out of network or informing you of what you’re actually afforded under your insurance and they will happily overcharge you for nothing. Buyer beware ask questions don’t assume they’re looking out for your best interest. I will Not be returning due to the front of house and their inability to speak to me like I am a human and not a paycheck.
I recently vertically cracked my front left tooth so I came to the same office that Dr. Nash used to operate. I was always very happy with his care. I discovered that there are others now running his office. But I needed help asap. I experienced the need to have a temporary crown placed three times in a few days because the first two fell out. The third time the dentist herself put it in. This experience was very upsetting and I have lost the confidence that any dental care will be done with a high standard of patient care.
