Was this dentist friendly? Not at all
They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They were focussed on money. They explained my dental procedures to me and were pleasant to begin with but were not kind and helpful when I was in pain. IN fact the doctor actually yelled at me. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up on time and they were 15 minutes late coming from lunch. No apologies. It was truly the worst dental experience I have ever had.
They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
