We came to the hotel for a celebration of 2 16- year old twins and they had a room ready. They put us on the 4th floor right across from the gym, an accessible room, and one that was right on top of the nightclub that the property failed to tell us would play music until 3am and feel like you were in the middle of a rave (room 408). Very rude and unprofessional security guard. On the evening of September 6, he refused to let me in while allowing other people to enter. He was extremely aggressive and even reached out as if he was going to push me. I felt singled out and completely disrespected. Very unpleasant experience

My husband and I stayed here the night of our wedding. The room was very clean, and we loved the mini bar and snacks provided. The staff on site are super nice and helpful! (Thank you Megan) The only complaint I had was the extremely loud guests. We stayed on floor 14, so there wasn’t noise from the entertainment in the lounge, but the guests on the floor we were staying on were very disruptive. It was perfect for what we were looking for. We were able to valet our car and explore the parts of Boston we needed on foot. Close to many venues, great food in Chinatown and a short walk to the Boston Commons and Newbury street. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the room was as advertised on the website. We’ll absolutely be back.
