Water leak from the air conditioner, called W A and requested service. A half hour later, Remy arrived and swiftly resolved our problem. Friendly, courteous and QUICK service, highly recommend them for those in the Trinity area.
Rachel was very polite when answering my call. Cody was here within 30 minutes. He was very polite, professional, etc, while inspecting our A/C and making the necessary repairs. I would VERY highly recommend them.
Where do I start...I'll start by saying we called another a/c place first [Mcwilliams and Sons] and the technician told me the motor was bad, the freon was low, and I needed a new squirrel cage for my blower, that the whole system needed to be replaced and would be roughly 12-$17,000.
