I’m usually not one to leave bad reviews on companies because I know how hard they work and that everybody can just have bad days but the way I was treated at the nail salon this time was absolutely unacceptable and completely unexpected. I am utterly disappointed. If you want a mediocre, sloppy, uneven manicure where the person doing your nails talks on the phone most of the time then this is the place for you. Called and asked if they could do builder "yes, yes, yes" no builder. Asked for same shape but shorter, cut so short the shape is different and they are different lengths and shapes. Too impatient to properly soak so used drill damaging my nail bed. Instead of using a small brush with acetone to properly clean up edges used her fingernail...
