Do not book with them! It is a scam. I booked an Atlanta property, checked in and was not given a room number. I then waited in the cold forever and could not reach anyone. They told me my room hadn’t been booked.

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone, I book and they email but never confirm, my client has attempted contacting them numerous times and no answer

Absolutely terrible experience. I booked a stay in Atlanta through AirBnB. The directions they provided were incorrect, they could not get the door to open or grant access to the building, and would not answer multiple phone calls. I never even got access to the building and yet they only refunded $135.60. I had paid $625.54.

We stayed in a unit in San Antonio. Amazing place and everyone we encountered was so very nice and helpful! We were there for 8 nights. The bed slept great! Never an issue with Wi-Fi. For us, having a washer/dryer was a lifesaver as I hate going home with a ton of dirty clothes! La Cantera area we stayed in was close to everything! San Antonio area traffic is crazy but this location was easy to get to even with all the construction on the interstate.
