I cancelled my membership with them and paid for the single visit that I received. They continue to charge me a monthly fee despite no longer being a patient and no longer receiving any services or benefits from them. I was guaranteed in writing that my membership was cancelled and that I would not be charged any further and yet they continue to charge my account. This is a scam and they are stealing money.
So far I'm extremely happy with the care from Vytal Health. The portal is easy to use and staff are so wonderful. Absolutely love Dr. Alicia! Highly recommend!
Let me preface by saying they I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on doctors supplements and more during my journey to healing my gut and autoimmune issues. I highly recommend Vytal Health to all who have found that have health issues that don't seem to get any better after their visit(s) with a Western Medicine Physician.
