I can't speak to this specific branch but I can say that the app won't send sms, the card takes a long time to arrive. Day 10 after creating account, still waiting. Authentication is an ordeal and the app is primitive and buggy. I'm told I can get a card printed at a branch but it'll be an extra charge. Support, like most banks is pretty useless, especially chat support which was really bad. They get 2 stars only because they have convenient locations and because when I joined, a guy from Jacksonville called to welcome me. T... read more
I was a member of VyStar Credit Union while living in another city. They are far most the greatest,and having to move from that city meant closing my account. To know that VyStar is now in the same city as I live in is like discovering gold. I have already opened 2 business accounts and 1 personal.
