I love VyStar and the care and level of service that they have with their members. Sonia was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. However, I don't believe this branch understands the concept of a drive thru, which should operate independently of in-person service. Imagine if fast food restaurants told the customer in the drive thru they'll have to wait for everyone in the store to be helped first.
Elsa, was very helpful on assisting me to find credit card cash rewards and apply it to my checking account. She was professional at all times as I was frustrated due to trying to do this myself. I greatly appreciate hug patience and kindness. ⁰

Use this branch several times a week. Great customer service. Friendly staff welcoming all the guest every morning. Never have an issue or wait too long to get served.
