Avoid Used Cars!!!!!! Bought a used car there, thought it was GM Certified with a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty for the price negotiated NOT.....Used car saleman did not explain that the negotiated price did not include a certified status with the warranty.....AVOID
Loved our experience We were in the market for a used car and spoke to Dennis Greco from the dealership about an offer they had for us. He was having surgery the day we wanted to come in and so he set us up with Bob LaFaive. Both gentlemen were very helpful in making sure we got what we wanted and needed for our family. Vyletel vs. Bob Jeannotte Pontiac & Crest Lincoln I went to Vyletel to look at two cars I saw on-line. The first new car sales person I delt with was by phone, he was on the ball and helpful and due to my phone experience, I went to the dealership to further investigate the two cars I was interested in. Happy customer. Deal with Eric....great customer service. Very happy with everything! I have dealt with some of the worst sales people in the past and being in sales myself, know what good customer service means and obviously so does Eric.
Vyletel Volkswagen is ridiculaous! Their service department is ridiculous and ran by an a**! He is rude and obnoxious! I would never buy from there or take my car there for anything ever again! I will go to competitor, even if I pay more!
