I use to like the gym and they stopped group classes effectively October 19. I have been calling and trying to cancel my membership and it appears staff is not answering my emails and ignoring me verbally so I can cancel my membership. I want my membership canceled effectively since they gave me a week notice they are canceling all group classes. So I should be able cancel my membership in a week since they only gave me a week notice about the group classes.
It's a great gym with a great environment of people! Very convenient and they also offer great group classes!!!!
