Great care provided today. Front desk staff was friendly and quick. The nurse I had was also friendly and quick, but not in a way that I felt rushed. Both she and Dr. Torradas seemed to have that right balance of taking time to listen to my issue and be thorough on exam, but also be efficient. It seems like it was a busy day there, but the team handled it with grace and did not cut corners for the sake of time. The clinic was clean, and I appreciated the masks and plentiful hand sanitizer available.
Had an appointment at 1:50 and was out by 2:05. Very efficient yet did not feeling rushed. Been here before and highly recommend!
Curt and the staff were really nice. The place is clean and easy to get to. It's my first visit and I would happily return if I needed urgent care.
We were greeted by a lovely, helpful woman. Everything else went efficiently, professionally. Cortney, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We will return. Hopefully not too soon.
