Reasons she is a horrible doctor.1) she doesn’t review your chart before appointment so she doesn’t know who you are or your health condition and you have to repeat yourself because she doesn’t listen. 2) No empathy for patients with chronic pain. 3) speaks to you condescending and rudely. 4) this office doesn’t answer or return calls at all. 5) she lies in your medical chart and states she went over several things during appointment but did not at all. In conclusion, whatever you do, do not go to this doctor.
Excellent doctor; thorough and detailed in dealing with patient. Asks questions to provide care to patient. Franciscan very fortunate to have this doctor on staff.
I came in for joint pain and even after me thoroughly explaining my ailments, she completely dismissed my concerns and even told me verbatim to “refrain from coming in unless the matter was more serious”, so I guess she concluded that my pain wasn’t serious or adequate enough. I made an appointment with another doctor two weeks later and come to find out, I’m pre-arthritic. I've been under Dr Sanjay vyas care for 10 years. His staff is always friendly and always eager to help me. He spends as much time as necessary to cover all the bases of my physical complaint. His staff always forwards prescriptions to my pharmacy. Maybe it's just me, but I can't understand anyone not liking Dr vyas. I have recommended a couple of other of my friends to him and he has given them good care. He always goes over the details of what changes I need to make in my lifestyle to extend my health and I appreciate it. ... read more
Seen Dr. Rau just under a couple years. Told me on more than 4 Dr visits that he couldn't help me no more. Very inconsiderate of him to do such a bad thing to a patient. I don't understand how a doctor could tell a patient that he can't help them no more. I have it recorded on tape. I told him I record all our sessions because I have PTSD and I forget a lot. And when I listen to the tapes I hear him say that he can't help me no more and it hurts. It's just really unprofessional. I hope John Rau can try to help a little more ... read more
Whole Family see's her. She is a Wonderful Doctor. Always takes the time to listen and guide you through whatever you need. Wait times can be long at times, some patients ahead of you can go longer, which makes your Wait time longer. Not her fault! Thorough in all she does. Always takes my concerns seriously. Worth the wait Always.... The Best!
Great doctor understanding and caring bed side manner Office operation is a total failure as you cannot get a phone call answered or left message returned in reasonable time Two weeks to report test results is unacceptable
