Todd is awesome. This is a great shop. I've been to all the popular garages around Asheville and this is the place to get your VW worked on.
Great folks, a certain dealership apparently wanted us to trade on a new car based on their quotes, but Todd and his crew got us going at a very reasonable price. Great folks!
Took my Audi A4 Turbo to Todd. Was having multiple problems. He did excellent work. Car runs flawlessly, and he didn't try to gouge me like so many other repair shops seem to do. Kept me informed throughout the entire process. Excellent, excellent, excellent!
We can't say enough about Todd and VW Specialties. After going through a nightmare with Harmony Motors, he quickly found our problem and fixed it at a fair price. We are so relieved to have found a quality and honest mechanic with great customer service. We will certainly spread the word! Hopefully we won't be back soon, but if we do need anything we will be back! Take it from us -- skip the dealer, come here if you want it done right the first time! Thanks again!!
