I purchased a used 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan with approximately 60,000 miles from Volkswagen of Puyallup less than a year ago. I have only driven it a few thousand miles since purchasing it, and it is now sitting at Volkswagen of Post Falls after a serious oil-system failure left me stranded on my way to Montana. Big thanks to Austin Collins who guided me through all the requirements I needed for my VW repair. He sure is an expert in what he does, and because of his expertise, I received precisely the components I was looking for. All the guys at Larson VW are awesome but the amount of knowledge that Austin has is more than any dealership service advisor could have ever offered me. Couldn’t have done it without him.

Brought my car in six weeks ago for it stalling on the freeway. Figured out it was the mechatronics unit which they told me is a common problem among Volkswagen Taos. (Why no recall then?) Didn’t have any loaners to give me. Gone back and forth with warranty for over a month. My case was transferred to different service techs and managers without any communication.
