People are rude, they leave Crud in your car. Reps are mean and never really answer your questions, that need answering.
Sent our daughter to get a routine oil change and she was taken advantage off. What should have been a simple appointment turned into a $2000 bill. Our daughter who is 16, was asked to sign binding documents in a deceitful way, Kayla Strait who she worked with was promising things were going to be free of charge, pressuring her that things were necessary. We rented a Subaru EV for a short visit in the Puget Sound area. With no previous knowledge and instruction from the rental car agency we needed to recharge the car. An app showed Tacoma Volkswagen had a charging station so we stopped in. The people working there were so helpful to show us how it worked and provided there charging station at no charge. Mostly what impressed us that they were so helpful. Tacoma Volkswagen you have some great employees. It matters!
I brought my car in to Tacoma Volkswagen to be checked for a very minor leak, and left it there all day for testing. When I picked it up, I was shocked to find that my entire ceiling was water-stained and my floorboards were completely soaked with puddles of water. They told me they ran water tests by putting a hose over my car, but instead of helping, they left my car in much worse condition than when I dropped it off. Wow almost ten years ago I brought a 2013 Jetta with warranty still on it. The problem that time was they don’t want to fix it cause I didn’t purchased it here at VW Tacoma!
