I brought my car in to Tacoma Volkswagen to be checked for a very minor leak, and left it there all day for testing. When I picked it up, I was shocked to find that my entire ceiling was water-stained and my floorboards were completely soaked with puddles of water. They told me they ran water tests by putting a hose over my car, but instead of helping, they left my car in much worse condition than when I dropped it off. Wow almost ten years ago I brought a 2013 Jetta with warranty still on it. The problem that time was they don’t want to fix it cause I didn’t purchased it here at VW Tacoma! This time I purchased a 2022 Atlas with warranty on it! Again Still they don’t want to fix it cause I didn’t purchased it here! Absolutely disgusting customer service. I have been a loyal customer for years. We have bought multiple cars from this dealership. I've never had issues with the sales staff, they are all great however service is another story. I have taken my vehicle in several times just to leave with further issues. This last visit I asked for a diagnostic and they came back with they "suspect" and "inconclusive". Then still charged the $218 (still not to have any answers).
