Called two weeks ago in reference to obtaining a quote for labor prices on a couple things needing changing on my 2016 Audi A6. I called back two days later as the lady told me they'd reach out in a timely manner and apologized. Its been almost 3 weeks now and I still havent gotten a call back. I will be having someone else do the work.

Amazing mechanic! Elizabeth (office manager) and Chris (mechanic) are both very helpful and talented at what they do. I brought my 2012 VW Golf here after the VW dealer up the road refused to service it. They identified the issue quickly, even calling around to other places I had my car worked on in the past to determine what services I was behind on so they could try to pinpoint where the issue was.
