My husband and I needed a reliable car upgrade. We had a few suvs and trucks in mind and spent a full day test driving various models at multiple dealerships. My husband went to UTI, worked on a race team, and was a lead tech at both Honda & Mitsubishi during the first few years of our relationship so he knows cars. My experience with this dealership has been amazing. From my initial contact, through my auto purchase, service, and even courtesy washes of my vehicle. Every single department has been exemplary. I highly recommend VW of Ocala.

Service manager will talk to u down if he dont like a response or a rating from u. My car was pulled out bay. And refused to do work on the car cuz the honest review I gave. And the gm mike did nothing about his service manager screaming and swearing in front of my 4 year old. Mind u I bought a car with so much problems from them and missing things I payed for under agreement.. this is the worst place to buy a car. The worst experience ever. And let's not forget.
