Never had to use my coverage, so I cannot speak to that. My policy was paid in full every month with no issues. The typically responsive staff has recently lacked meaningful communication regarding policies and pricing. I had an experience with this agency because my car is not running and waiting for the parts since January. I asked for assistance with this matter and would like to work out with my policy to be extended or cancel or other option what they have a better suggest, but they chose not to offer assistance and kept my money. They are not honest staffs. They are not trust people as well.
VW Brown, Eric and his associates on one of the dumbest agents I have come across in my entire life. Due to their incompetent and lack of listening and following instructions, I am being penalized an additional amount after paying my yearly renewal premium. Long story short, I was with Erie insurance and during my tenure I never had an issue. Ever since VW Brown took over Erie, the new folks have been nothing short of idiots.
