OWES ME MONEY, HAVE A LEGAL CONTRACT AND AVOIDS PAYING ME. DISHONEST COMPANY AND OWES A LOT OF PEOPLE MONEY. WILL CHARGE THE TENANT ONE PRICE AND PAY THE INVESTOR LESS THAN WHAT THEY TAKE FROM TENANT. I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DON'T GIVE THEM A PENNY.
Never address maintenance issues. Took two months to say they would return my security deposit despite the law that says they have 30 days. And even though they said they would return it they haven't yet.
We purchased a home in need of coming into 2014. It was interesting with all of the updates, but the challenges were worth it. The home was purchased the end of October and is now in a one year lease as of January 15! This is worth the hard work and frustrations to see a family thrilled to have a lovely rental property in a great neighborhood. We will miss seeing those neighbors. Thank you Jorge for all of the guidance in our new venture into renting for income.
