DO NOT HIRE THEM! Had problems with our plumbing a few weeks after a plumbing stack and sewage pump was installed, one of the pipes exploded at a shut off valve and flooded our basement. Now not even six months pipes are cracked and pump is not working. Leaving our basement flooded once again. Horrible quality and horrible customer service. If you value your money hire anyone else by all means
Alberto and his team were wonderful. They did a sewer lateral replacement for my new home. He came out twice before I hired them to help me understand what was happening. It was a really big job and the completed it timely and did an amazing job of cleaning up and the basement dig up looks fantastic. Alberto and his whole team at Vushaj are amazing and such a pleasure to work with. I had a sewer lateral issue and not only did he provide an affordable estimate, but they were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Felt like I made trusted friends! Anytime I have an issue that Vushaj can fix, ill be calling him. As well as giving his name out.
If you use this company, be on location while they are working, and take photos of the works as it’s happening. That way, a year after your sewer line is replaced, and you discover your waterline has been hit by an excavator, and the sidewalk thrown on top as fill (realized only after excavation of the waterline), you can have proof they actually did it. Behind one of their trucks today and they rolled through every stop sign, never used a blinker, all over the road and proceeded to stop in the middle of the road multiple times with a line of cars behind them on Michigan Ave. Then after stopping in the road for a 3rd time I honked and they flip me the bird. Real classy company! Let’s learn how to be professional and drive safely during rush hour traffic.
