The front loader operator needs to be replaced. He hasn't been receiving dump trucks since 2:38 pm. How is this possible? Managers need to take action against this person. This is disrespectful to customers. I hope this problem is resolved. This behavior towards long-time customers is unacceptable. Thank you.
