After an obvious breakdown between the Sales person (Quantico Area) and dispatch, the wrong mix design was sent to a job. It had already started pouring when it was discovered. Instead of working with a small company and refunding the WRONG mix, they take no ownership in the mistake. It is unfortunate and terrible customer service.
Had no experience in getting any gravel at any rock query at all . They were verry help full and walked me thew what i needed to do and were to go to get the gravel i needed with my 85 chevy 1 tone dump truck .
Good organization. Will to help a local non-profit.
