Terrible experience. They shut off my gas service without telling me. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes: the company representative over the phone told me that "there is nothing he can do" and that "I should feel happy to still have gas". The same night, 8 people in the neighborhood were without gas because of this. The worst: I never asked them anything. I can't imagine what it is when you contract them!
