Vulcan waterproofed my basement with a French drain last year. Their prices are competitive and their work is good. There has been so much rain within the past year and my basement has been completely dry. I can sleep soundly during a rainstorm now because I know there won’t be any water in my basement. Hiring Vulcan was one of the best things I did and it was the best money I have ever spent on the house.
Excellent and easy to work with
Unfortunately, while the service was excellent and the price was good, the quality of the work was lousy. My work was done in November of 23. They sent a crew of 6, but it was clear that only one person knew what to do. He arrived in a separate car, which should have been a clue. He did all the measuring and cutting of material, so I thought things were well in hand. I went back to my work, looked out the window and he was driving away.
