Been here for about a month and this place is really special. The front office staff are so warm and welcoming, all the residents are kind and courteous, the maintenance staff are fantastic, parking is easy, the gym and pool are fantastic, and the location is top tier. I spent a long time looking for the right apartment and I feel like I lucked out here. 10/10.
This is a beautiful apartment complex located in a very safe neighborhood. I especially love the mountain view from the swimming pool area—such a peaceful spot to relax. The entire environment is clean and well-maintained. One downside is the new construction building across the street, which can get a bit loud and dusty during the day. Hopefully, that’s temporary. We chose this apartment based on good reviews and had a smooth move-in. The mountain view and neighbors were nice, and during our two months there we had no issues. The trouble started after moving out. Our official last day was June 20th 2025, and we had paid the full amount of rent due plus the early termination fee. After we moved out, the new management company invoiced us for another month’s rent, which they insisted adamantly that we owed and so we paid.
