i’ve been living here over a year now and it’s the worst experience ever.There’s a lot of different issues but what’s bothering me the most is the elevator service, i don’t mind walking, don’t get me wrong, but because they did a bad job with parking reassignment i already have to walk across the entire building, the elevator either reserved or broken every time you need it. wouldn’t recommend living here.
Jeanice and Vincent are awesome. I am transferring apartments and they are making the process very easy and non-stressful. Give them a pay raise! I love the community that I live in and everyone has a smile on their face. The maintenance team is terrific too, they are friendly and informative. I would consider a raise for them too. Hands down best place I have lived in denver.
Natonga provided incredibly fast and efficient service, fixing everything shortly after I submitted the work order. I'm very pleased.
