My experience was very bad. I lived there for two years. The first year was great, but after the management changed, it left something to be desired. The service and assistance provided to residents needs to be improved.
Horrible communication since they switched management. Alexandra and her team were amazing and its a shame to see that they're gone. It takes atleast 3-4 to hear back from the leasing office now and they have no problem with people blasting loud music from 12-3AM. 2 stars is only because there's no cockroaches. This place has seriously gone downhill so quickly. (Forgot to add that it constantly smells like pot here, not somewhere id want my kids living)
Alexandra Guidry | Assistant Community Manager was the absolute best! Sweetest, warmest, kindest community manager my family has ever dealt with. She was the reason we rented here. She'll be sorely missed. <3
I’m really disappointed with this place. When we stopped by while apartment hunting a few days ago, Alexandra Guidry was extremely rude. I actually heard her cursing behind my back, assuming I couldn’t hear her. It was unprofessional and disrespectful. If I could leave a negative review, I would.”
Very helpful in the leasing office and move-in was easy. Alexandra (in the office) was very helpful and easy to talk with.
