This review is about the unprofessional behaviour I experienced around pricing. On September 27, 2024, Suo quoted me $770 for syntonics and asked me to upload credit card information to Jane or bring a card to my first meeting. This was the same price I was quoted in 2023 when looking into the program. A family member was paying the fee, so called the office and provided his credit card information based on the $770 quote Suo also provided him. The following week, Suo followed up to say she had mixed up two different program... read more

Amber, Dr. Rutman, and Suo were all wonderful individuals who helped me with recovering from bad post-concussive syndrome with various vision difficulties. When I entered vision therapy, I couldn't even read a book properly without immense eye pain and strain.
