This review is about the unprofessional behaviour I experienced around pricing. On September 27, 2024, Suo quoted me $770 for syntonics and asked me to upload credit card information to Jane or bring a card to my first meeting. This was the same price I was quoted in 2023 when looking into the program. A family member was paying the fee, so called the office and provided his credit card information based on the $770 quote Suo also provided him. The following week, Suo followed up to say she had mixed up two different program... read more
