I have been living here since February of 2022, and I am about to sign for another year. This community has been amazing! The staff are super helpful and the amenties are really nice, especially the pool! We have met some many wonderful neighbors, and this community is extremely dog friendly!!!! My puppies love all the friends they met!
DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They lie and misrepresent their contract, and give false information when asked so they don’t have to give your security deposit back and amp up the bill so they can rip you off. The apartment I moved into in building 9 was so loud from the noise on US Hwy 19, my son couldn’t handle it anymore. It was like living in a frat house with the loud music every night. Firstly, their staff is so rude. Desmond was probably the most snobby person I’ve ever met and greeted with a huge attitude. They don’t answer their phones or emails. This place was poorly built. The water smells, the walls are thin-even though we were told it was all concrete based but we can hear our neighbors literally cough. There’s never any parking, even though we pay a lot of money to live here. My car was broken into even with the gates. Speaking of gates, they are ALWAYS broken. Horrible new management, horrible staff, horrible service on all levels. they never answer, never call back, never accommodate the tenants specially those of us who work. Stupid and illogical rules by unqualified management.

In October of 2019 I applied for residency and was denied. Prior to application I was told I would receive nearly $300 of the “admin fees” back if I was denied. Here we are 5 months later, many phone calls to people who don’t answer and don’t return calls, and speaking with reps in person at The Vue.......they still have yet to refund me. So they essentially stole $300 from my family. The staff doesn’t seem to have an issue with it so I can see why the the other negative reviews are what they are. RecommendedWe love living here! The amenities are amazing and allow us lots of ways to help the kids get their wiggles out. The staff has always been super helpful. The gym is amazing! We can't get enough of the pool! And we feel very safe in the gated community.
