I have been living here since February of 2022, and I am about to sign for another year. This community has been amazing! The staff are super helpful and the amenties are really nice, especially the pool! We have met some many wonderful neighbors, and this community is extremely dog friendly!!!! My puppies love all the friends they met!
DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They lie and misrepresent their contract, and give false information when asked so they don’t have to give your security deposit back and amp up the bill so they can rip you off. The apartment I moved into in building 9 was so loud from the noise on US Hwy 19, my son couldn’t handle it anymore. It was like living in a frat house with the loud music every night.
