I’ve really enjoyed living at Vue53 — such a great apartment with a sleek industrial style (a.k.a. unpainted walls). The place is very clean (though I did find cockroaches during my stay), and the customer service is top-notch (they’re especially good at adding unnecessary fees). Honestly, I don’t even want to leave this place…
Do not rent at Vue53. It is overpriced, has a cockroach and rodent problem, and the management company is awful. I didn’t want to share the photos I have of dead rats in traps because they are too disturbing, gross, and I don’t want to get my review flagged. My daughter rented here recently, and we were shocked how awful the apartment is given the price. They are now charging $2,200 a month for studios and $2,400 a month for one beds.
