Patient, professional, informative and caring.
Our latest visit was a follow up to my husbands hospitalization for what we thought might have been a stroke. Turns out he had a bad case of Covid.Doctor Vu was super about explaining the who, what, where of Covid and answered all our questions. He's always available to answer questions even after hours.Couldn't ask for a better doctor.
Dr. Vu is always aware of my health concerns and is so professional and thorough in his examinations!

My only problem, Dr Vu is that your staff DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN I CALL. All I get is an answering service. When I call, I want to talk to someone NOW. If you are busy, fine, put me on hold. When I call, I'm ready to conduct business. I have my calendar ready. When you call me back, I'm in the car with no calendar or ability to write things down. Actually, twice I called you and your staff NEVER called me back. Everything else about your practice is EXCELLENT!!!!!! Regards, DR Gainer, Colonel, USAF, Retired.
