Would give this Dr a -5 stars if possible! He is arrogant and doesn't listen to what is going on with his patients! He walked out on me and a conversation that was trying to communicate my questions and what protocol was being used. I am a stage 4 cancer patient who after 1st round of treatment became depleted of blood platelets. This dr was not willing to explain any decision made to treat my depleted blood platelets. Why was I not given blood platelets?
I called 911 for my wife and she was taken to Gulf Coast Regional Hospital. She was very dehydrated and they admitted her. The nurses were exceptional. However Doctor Vu didn't listen to what my wife was trying to tell them. She had sever diarrhea the eight days of her stay. When my wife was released to took her home and she still had the sever diarrhea which was constant every two hours. I knew she was not ready to leave the hospital because she still had the diarrhea.
