Great and fast service. I called in regarding a quote for my car and it was all done under 15 minutes. Perfect, if you’re busy and can’t come in. Vu Han also made it very easy to follow along with the process.
After more than 10 years with State Farm, I’m done. My car was totaled after another driver — also insured by State Farm — ran a red light and hit me which totaled my car. Instead of valuing it fairly, they valued my car using listings from Nebraska, not Portland, which severely undercut the payout. Insurance bumped up like crazy (+300$) , even though my family speaks Vietnamese and rely on them it’s getting crazy expensive to the point it’s better to move to a different insurance now.
