New Customers make sure you have a Real Estate Inspector for New Construction with you before closing on the house. Kimberly Stuhmer, is just another skunk of (christopher Homes staff ) and not licensed . I'am actually @ the VU and doing work for customer they closed escrow 2 months ago ,with conditions CHRISTOPHER HOMES will repair all the little details and most critical showers /Loggia steps unfortunately they ignored them they don't have experience and know how to repair or rebuild them (Dennis Hendricks) is the warranty... read more
I believe I am the only homeowner to post so factor that into your consideration. Quality of finished product is good but lack of integrity in construction process means I would never do business with them again. If doing business with a company that does what it says it will do is important to you steer clear of Christopher homes as that is not their style. We were taken advantage of at every chance on change orders and warranty issues are ignored. As this philosophy permeates the organization it has to start at the top. Th... read more
We lived in our new dream home for almost a year, the entire process from start to finish was very pleasant. Special thanks to Tina, Eddie, Phil, Taylor, designers, entire crew. Thank you for the beautiful house. Our puppy loves view as well 🤓
