If you like paying $25 a day for parking just to stay at your own resort and $19 a day resort fees . None of which is optional. If you like sleeping on a bed that is as hard a a wooden plank then this is your place. The only thing nice I can say is it is clean and close to the strip. But with so many options here in vegas you can definitely do better. HARD PASS! ON THIS PLACE!!!! P.S. the advertisement said jacuzzi tub. It's a lie it is only a soaking tub in the 1 bedroom.
I currently have water bursting from under my sink and I had to turn my water completely off. I now have no running water in my home and I have been dealing with this issue for almost two weeks. This happens every year and the earliest date you are offering is December 4 which is not reasonable. I need this repaired immediately. Being without water is a health and safety issue and the delay violates basic habitability standards. Please escalate this and send someone out today.

New Customers make sure you have a Real Estate Inspector for New Construction with you before closing on the house. Kimberly Stuhmer, is just another skunk of (christopher Homes staff ) and not licensed . I'am actually @ the VU and doing work for customer they closed escrow 2 months ago ,with conditions CHRISTOPHER HOMES will repair all the little details and most critical showers /Loggia steps unfortunately they ignored them they don't have experience and know how to repair or rebuild them (Dennis Hendricks) is the warranty... read more
