We were asked by Rob Owens the owner of VTS construction to wait until the 11th month to report finish issues to them for new home warranty repairs. We made pictures and made a list of items so that we could knock most things out at one time. To our surprise this was Rob’s exact reply to this list, “Rob Owens Jun 5 8:00 PM I've commented on each item - none appear to be applicable warranty items per our Agreement.” You be the judge. This company is absolutely awesome! They are remodeling/gutting a house for us in the downtown historic district! They have found ways to keep us on budget and have even save money along the way with all of their great ideas! I would highly recommend them!

VTS did a wonderful job with the renovation and addition to our home. It was a much larger job than we anticipated but Rob Owens and Todd Slyman never missed a beat! They always made time to answer their phones and our questions. They did an excellent job managing the schedule and getting us into our home in a timely manner and within budget.
