I had a policy with them with Hanover/citizens for years and i emailed looking to see if they could play with my policys to get my payments alil lower. My email went unanswered waited a couple days emailed again was told that they forwarded my email to the correct person waited a couple more days still nothing so i just found cheaper insurance elsewhere and then i get a bill which doesnt add up.
