Called a few days earlier and Vince quoted $35 for a gel manicure. Went today, tipped $10 & charged $42.Very unhappy

i'm sadden to write a low review, i love small businesses tina and her husband were very kind and the vibe that came with was greeting. but i was really looking forward to this appointment my first time going to this shop too. owner talked a lot to me when i wasn't in the mood, didn't give me the right length of shape i wanted, sloppy work and used a new product i wasn't aware of. spent $70 and felt like a waste. had to go to another salon right after and get a better job done. to end on a good note, mochi was very cute !
