What can I say? We had the BEST contractor I could have ever asked for in helping us get back into our home after it caught fire while Gabe was killing weeds last Oct. Edited to add: we asked VT’s permission to move in and were told, yes we could move in, in fact, we have a text message from Arica stating so and that she thought we were already moving in. And $3,000 vs the $10,000 contractual retainer was not near enough to complete all the work VT left unfinished. They may not be pest control experts, but their building standards leave gaping holes in the roof line that allow pest entry. VT took the joy of building away very quickly. VT has been amazing to work with! They have been great at communicating each step of the process from the beginning. They’ve exceeded my expectations. So many people have told me how stressful it has been to build their home but VT has taken that load off my shoulders and that has allowed me to truly enjoy the process. Highly recommend!
