Edited to add: we asked VT’s permission to move in and were told, yes we could move in, in fact, we have a text message from Arica stating so and that she thought we were already moving in. And $3,000 vs the $10,000 contractual retainer was not near enough to complete all the work VT left unfinished. They may not be pest control experts, but their building standards leave gaping holes in the roof line that allow pest entry. VT took the joy of building away very quickly. VT has been amazing to work with! They have been great at communicating each step of the process from the beginning. They’ve exceeded my expectations. So many people have told me how stressful it has been to build their home but VT has taken that load off my shoulders and that has allowed me to truly enjoy the process. Highly recommend!

VT took the joy of building away very quickly. I wouldn’t hire them to build an outhouse. They want ALL the money but refuse to finish the job. I’m left with no dirt work, rutted yard, cracked door, scratched windows, French windows that won’t close because the trim sags so we have to get on a ladder to push trim up to close the window, cracked driveway, plumbing leaks and a hornet infestation that VT said I should hire someone else to figure out how they’re getting in.
