THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE! Javier is such a wonderfully kind and transparent person. I've had an issue with transmission for 2 years and was always quoted about $5k to replace the whole system, which wasn't worth it given the mileage on my car was high. I told him my van had failed multiple times and had a problem with high hydrocarbons. I told him my goal was to get approval for the consumer assistance program and have the catalytic converters replaced. He charged me $150 to diagnose my van. He sent me home knowing I had no ride and lived in Carpinteria. I had to take the train home. He calls me and tells me the van failed come pick it up.
