Everyone here knows what they are doing. And if they don’t they ask. Every question I had was answered fully. No matter how elementary it was. The doctor was efficient and friendly. All staff was friendly too. No pressure to buy anything either! Great place!
Great place to work.
Worst lab ever. Never worked with a lab that constantly “loses” or “breaks” frames and they won’t send back the broken frame or they can’t pay you for breaking it. They just lost 14 frames for orders they were running for me. Two employees signed for the package then it mysteriously went missing. Never really understood why you have so many 1 star reviews but it makes sense now. My glasses were ordered from the VSP lab in Folsom. I bought one of their more expensive glasses so I could get the 2-year warrantee. I told them up front that I tended to scratch my glasses because of my lifestyle. I was told that was not a problem, the warrantee covered unlimited replacements and not to worry about it. One of the first replacements came back wrong, the axis angle was way off which made the distance view fuzzy. They remade them.
