Easygoing and very friendly
Absolutely terrible to deal with, no sense of customer service. Tried to fix a minor problem with billing only to be transferred 5 times and then told that it wasn't possible to fix and that I had to email a team that would respond in 5-10 business days. It would be a privilege to not have to deal with this company.
