No insurance card to show when asked. My employer just said to tell them I have VSP. It didn't even cover three months of contacts.
The worst plan to go with when I signed up there was no information saying it’s a year contract. I called almost a year ago to cancel my plan the lady said she canceled and it was never canceled I have been charged for every month. I called again in July to cancel again and nothing has happened.
