I signed a contract to get my septic serviced. LCRA required it to approve operation. That contract was signed over a year ago and they have not serviced it once. I have called several times and they say that they don't have the signed contract. They have sent it to me and I have signed it through DocuSign more then once. They have had my $750 for over a year with no service. Now my septic has been giving off a horrible smell for the last couple of months. Scott at VSE Septic Services was incredible for our home inspection today. My wife and I are first time home buyers and are pretty ignorant on many of the crucial home systems including the septic. We were contracted on a home built in 1988 with an old septic system that passed the standard home inspection process. Great company from front to back! They woman (sorry I didn't get her name) that took my call was very helpful. They didn't push me into any "emergency repair" just because it was the weekend. The estimate that I was given was accurate. Our technician, Scott, was on time, answered all of my questions, and was professional, quick and tidy. I appreciated his insight to other issues our system could be having. Would recommend to anyone.
George was kind of late but that's o.k. he spent an hour and a half here digging holes to find the other tank entrance, then he pumped both tanks for a long time. The last guy was in and out of here in 15 minutes and he only pumped one tank. So I'm really impressed with my results George knows what he is doing and he worked hard to really pump my tanks out.
Scott and Brandon are amazing. Scott came out and was the most professional person! He is very respectful and cares about what he does. They saved our home from a sewer backup. Brandon from the office also assisted us in ways we cannot thank them enough!
