BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I did something I wanted to do for many years. I wanted to dye my hair a lighter color(I have never dyed my hair blonde) I've had black hair for so long, I always dreamed of having something different but I was scared, what if I changed it and I didn't like it. Val was awesome! I had my hair colored and cut. Val really listened to what I wanted and also gave me some suggestions and explained her suggestions very well, plus showed me pictures. Val is truly an artist with coloring knowledge and knowing what cut will look good with your facial features. I was very happy with the end result!! and her professionalism. I am happy to say I will be going to Val for now on.
I asked for a purple underlayer to the root. I got some parts blue and green, some just bleached and a lot of the hair was not bleached to the root. I will admit my piercings were in the way but she combed out the back of my earring. I was really looking forward to this and had high expectations since I saw that she has seven years of experience and specializes in color but I'm sadly disappointed.
