The worst experience I booked appointment but still waited for 1hr and she took 3 hrs for nails and pedicure. Even after spending this long time my nail fell off after a week. Poor service poor material and unexperienced staff👎🏻
.. I not from here but I went for a fill and it was 70 dollers that seemed a little steep for me when I gave Ussally paid 70 for a full set… not much transparency for how much they ask ….. I will NOT be returning
This salon was a terrible experience, and I wish I could give it zero stars. The tools were visibly dirty and unsanitary, which is completely unacceptable. The management was incredibly unprofessional, screaming in my face during a dispute. I would never recommend this place to anyone. While I was there, I witnessed another customer being brought to tears after being cut and then berated for requesting a service they couldn't complete. Went in on a spur of the moment to get a fill and a pedicure. Unfortunately I will not be going back. Staff was friendly however sanitation was horrible. 1) the lady doing my Pedicure was sneazing and sniffling nonstop. Left my service to go blow her nose, came back, and I did not hear water run in the back room for hand washing nor did she use a sanitizer. 2) she used a very well used pumus scrub stone on my feet and proceeded to throw it in my foot spa water (as it's used I'm assuming this is done with every client which i... read more
Will never go back the cleanliness of this salon is not good and they are extremely pushy with trying to upsell services and push pedicures on people and don't discuss the cost of the upsell services until u actually go to pay and then your service is way more than the original cost. They also used tools and files on me that were previously used. Nothing about this place is sanitary i wish I had read the reviews before attending
